- Must meet TUX standards and operate morally and ethically.
- Must be sales oriented and focused.
- Must be driven with an entrepreneurial “can do” spirit.
- Must be able to generate in excess of one million in gross revenue per year.
- Must meet and exceed TUX’s net revenue margin minimums.
- Must be a sound business person with good budgeting and expense habits.
- Must be financially stable.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
